1.1 A Brief History
MCO is the longest-standing raid group on Shadowsong EU, we started raiding Molten Core in May 2005.
MCO has adapted, evolved and restructured at numerous times, trying to optimize class balance for faster progress and minimal rotation.

2.1 Classes / Roles that We are Looking for

2.2 Application Requirements
Attendence Requirement:
You are required to attend 75% of all raids during official raid days. We measure this percentage with your hourly attendance, we raid about 14.5 hrs so we expect you to be present for about 11 hrs a week.
Gear Requirement:
You need to prove that you have tried your best to obtain equipments that are most suitable to the role you're applying to. And for hybrid classes, we would like to see carefully chosen off-spec set as well.
Attunement Requirement:
Most attunements are void nowadays, but if they come back you need to be attuned for the content in which we're currently progressing.
Raiding Experience Requirement:
We expect from you experience in 25m raiding, and at least theoretical knowledge of fights we are facing on official raids.
Consumable Requirement:
You are expected to be able to afford all repair costs, typically a bunch of gold for progress runs each raid.
Each classes have certain potion / reagent requirement that you're expected to prepare before each raid.
